✅ What’s Covered:
You may return your paddle board within 30 days of delivery if:
- It arrives damaged or defective.
- You are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason.
📦 Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return:
- The paddle board must be in new or gently used condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.
🔁 How to Start a Return:
- Email us at Paddlebacksup@paddlebacksup.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
🚚 Return Shipping:
- If your board arrived damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
- If you’re returning it because you changed your mind or didn’t like it, return shipping is your responsibility.
💳 Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or error on our part.
