At PaddleBackSUP.com, we stand behind the quality of our paddle boards and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Guarantee for all orders.

 What’s Covered:

You may return your paddle board within 30 days of delivery if:

  • It arrives damaged or defective.
  • You are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason.

📦 Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return:

  • The paddle board must be in new or gently used condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

🔁 How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at Paddlebacksup@paddlebacksup.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  3. We’ll reply with return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).

🚚 Return Shipping:

  • If your board arrived damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you’re returning it because you changed your mind or didn’t like it, return shipping is your responsibility.

💳 Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or error on our part.
